At the forefront of sweeping change regarding how the largest outsourced commodity in the corporation is procured. Saved account for five hundred thousand dollars for the cost of goods sold in the region of responsibility. Managed the sourcing of steel stud materials for the entire Southeast region of the corporation which included negotiating regional pricing on a monthly and quarterly basis. Responsible for accruing quarterly negotiated rebate from steel vendors.
