Daily Duties at Siemens Building Technologies:
i trained and under supervision performed technical support programs (TSP) / service agreement tasks and scheduled assignments to ensure that automation system was properly and was maintained and operating correctly. Alongside a senior tech I handled emergency service calls as directed during the day and after hours.I Responded to customer service calls (emergency, on-site, or on-line), checked indicated points of trouble, analyzes full requirements of system involved and checked and tested systems components. Diagnosed trouble or defect, determined corrective action and repaired system. According to TSP / service agreement contracts under supervision I performed preventative maintenance and diagnostics on automation system and components. Tested and verified system readings to ensure an optimal system operation. I Completed service repairs, replacements, upgrades, adjustments and calibration on automation systems and components following issued tasking, maintenance, troubleshooting and installation instructions.
