Daily rounds of perioperative service, met with at least two surgeons daily for feedback on OR experience, shadow a nurse or tech for opening a room daily, observed room turnover daily, monitor on time start, delayed cases, late surgeons, procedure time, review revenue capture daily, participate in morning huddle, review charge reconcilliation with OR manager and Business pffice manager, attended staff meetings, attended education seddions, worked with the architech, facilities, and construction crew daily for 2 years during the construction of the the open heart and Bariatric OR rooms.
