Effectively use relationship management principles (i.e., Situational Leadership) to integrate people, processes, call center technology which includes work force management/schedule adherence system to develop skills which will positively benefit the employee, customer and shareholders. Conduct on the job training, monitor and provide constructive feedback to continuously improve results.
