Daily Duties at Stevens Henager College:
• Panel Member of the Student Appeals Board • Chair of the Business and Accounting Program Advisory Committee • Chapter Advisor of Phi Beta Lambda [FBLA-PBL] Business Organization #5725 [a 501(c) (3)]. • Teaching Online, On Campus, and Hybrid Courses: Accounting, Finance, Forensics, Human Resources, Management, Marketing, New Media Marketing, and Philosophy. • Employ new hires, and maintain employee payroll and records for Teaching Assistants, Tutors, Adjuncts’, and Professors. • Motivational Speaker • Curriculum and Syllabus development. • Prepare department for annual auditing processes. • Hold monthly and semi-annual departmental meetings to provide leadership, direction, motivation, and adherence to all compliance and reporting requirements. • Each month, prepare departments for module start-up by ensuring that all instructors, books, classroom, and student enrollment are aligned and ready for action.
