Daily Duties at Kamo Power:

This position involved possessing considerable skill in exercising independent judgment and working in emergency situations with speed and accuracy. Required to have a calm, steady bearing telephone and radio voice projection with good enunciation and a courteous tone. * Dispatched distribution outage reports for over 20 rural cooperatives. Completed necessary actions to restore service as soon as possible while observing all safety rules as required. * Received calls concerning disconnects for non-payment or reconnects, giving correct information to member and following proper procedures in getting member reconnected. * Maintained general knowledge of all electrical services and any related services provided by cooperatives. * Documented and distributed management team meeting minutes in a timely manner. * Managed administrative projects as assigned by Distribution Dispatch Supervisor.
