Daily Duties at Us Army Recruting Batallion Philadelphia, With Duty @ Marlton Recruiting Station, South Jersey Recruiting Company:

- responsible for coordinating with high school, college and community officials to implement and conduct a variety of Army Recruiting and awareness programs. - conducted daily telephone and area prospecting to include face-to-face interviews In actuality, I assumed control of a recruiting zone where my predecessor was relieved of his duties for improper credentialing (fake H.S. Diplomas) and 50% overlapped with a Navy recruiting station in which, one week prior to my arrival to the area, the entire staff was relieved of their duties, demoted &/or dishonorably discharged from service for improprieties with female applicants. The military, as a whole had a tarnished image. Thus, I had to restore the good name/image of the military, while achieving me enlistment goals and enhancing my professional/personal development.
