Assigned as a Squad Leader, supervising 10 soldiers, which delivered logistical assets throughout Europe. In actuality, I spent the first 3 months forming this previously non-existent platoon from the ground up. The person assigned to be the Platoon Sergeant, was not trained and spent the first 3 months away at training. I performed the PSG duties in his absence, supervising over 40 soldiers and 27 14-ton tractors.
