Daily Duties at Csr Att :
Trouble shooting Network with Remedy with the GSM/UMTS/HSPA/LTE networks for issues and sending information to the OPS or RF to investigate further to resolve issues. Using all inhouse tools to accomplish the goals to best quality service for Voice and Data. Verizon Wireless Technical Support I for Voice/Data using in house tools to trouble shoot the issues with voice calls and data services on the CDMA/LTE networks. Using in house tools from Remedy to others to verify device or Network related issues and sent information to the Correct department or resolved myself.
