Daily Duties at Bangkok Bank Ltd.:

• In charge of over 300 Non Performing Loans (NPLs) for individual clients and small businesses. Restructured payment plans by analyzing borrower payment ability based on income • Ensured the receipt of payment and monitor NPL clients in the portfolio by phone calls. Set up meetings, field visits and reported directly to the Account Manager and Vice President • Managed unpaid NPL clients by turning over to debt collection services or legal procedures • Worked closely with the other 50 Account Officers and 10 Account Mangers to ensure the team met quarterly/semi-annual and annual goals
