Daily Duties at Levy Restaurants:
Developed and implemented all new purchasing policies and procedures for newly acquired corporate property. Worked with Director of Operations and leadership to insure food & beverage budget of $10 million. Trained and directed purchasing team, as well as, constructed all purchasing department infrastructure. Traveled to high profile/volume events to assist in purchasing for Levy Restaurants contracted events.
