Daily Duties at Usmc/ Vmu:

As assistant imagery chief, advise the imagery chief on all matters pertaining to the analysis and exploitation of both still imagery and full motion video. -Interpret video imagery and prepare initial imagery reports as well as annotated imagery during unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) missions. -Be knowledgeable of all Shadow and Scan Eagle aerial vehicle system capabilities in regard to their ability to capture images and full motion video. -Coordinate with the intel chief to create and maintain a squadron map library. -Assist operators in flight planning for unmanned aerial vehicle missions by providing them with knowledge of the target area and the most suitable way to capture imagery. -Act as UAV liaison to outside units requesting UAV support by coordinating details of collection plans and educating them on the capabilities of the UAV. -As the squadron's anti-terrorism/force protection assistant, conduct random antiterrorism measures and compile a report of any findings.
