Daily Duties at American Medical Sales, Inc.:

Managed the top 100 corporate clients. Through various type of communication (phone, email, postcards, tradeshows, site visits, Skype, etc.) I was able to increase the annual sales of these accounts by approximately 12% annually. All budgets/forecasts were monitored monthy. Profitability was also a part of this sales analysis matrix. Created annual sales awards which were used as incentives to motivate the sales team. Designed and implemented annual sales meetings which included a review of the past year, projections for the new year, annual awards banquet and awards ceremony. Director of sales and marketing (in addition to the above responsibilities) PROMOTIONS: Developed promotional programs for the internal sales team. Monitored program results and awarded different types of prizes to outstanding performers. Created ‘script’ dialogue for all promotions that increased program results by 17-21%. TRAINING: Designed quarterly dealer training program.. Worked with our advertising agency to produce multiple marketing campaigns for various product lines. Maintained quarterly analysis of profit margins on all product and adjusted retail prices as required. Monitored top 25 products monthly to evaluate manufacturing & inventory needs to support continued salesDeveloped trade show sales campaigns that featured specific product launches and coordinated press-related interviews at the booth. Daily interface with manufacturing, updating needs for orders, tracking lead times, inventory levels and expedited order needs. Acted as quality control inspector for high end medical software solutioins. Designed and implemented QA testing for each product to ensure completely operational and functioning.
