Implemented and managed pricing process BPO (Process Outsourcing) with Chennai, India for the Centralized Lock Deck which increased US team efficiency and reduced overtime. Cost savings amounted to $18K per month. 3. Established procedures to manage and lower the Pricing Specialists error rates, successfully executed and resulted in $2.5 million annual savings as well as eliminated Basel events.
