Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase:
1. Managed Pre-Referral Foreclosure process which included maintaining relations with Investors that required approval prior to referring loans to foreclosure, encompassing relations with Government Sponsored Enterprise loans, each government subsidy maintains specific guidelines for the referral process. 2. Managed three heritage clients for the Pre-Referral process. Communicated between three vendors prior to centralization to Manila and maintained open communications with all vendors. Responsible for complying to each Vendors Operational contract and guidelines as well as responsible for approval and submitting monthly invoices for all three vendors. 3. Within one year centralized the Pre-Referral Foreclosure process in Manila Philippines and created a Pre-Foreclosure application that standardized the referral process from 3 different platforms. 4. The Pre-Foreclosure technology solution was successfully designed, tested, and implemented; the application streamlined the review process and increased process efficiency by 60%. 5. Transition to Manila included sourcing staff (154 FTE), training, development of procedures and key performance indicators, as well as building partnerships with senior management. 6. Transitioned the Foreclosure Review Unit to Florence, SC, within an aggressive timeline of 2 months. Developed a team of 4 Supervisors, 40 FTE and 20 Contractors. Process encompassed standardizing the governments Federal Housing Administration loans and following strict guidelines for government investors.
