- Direct operational efficiency audits of contact center partners including productivity metrics, reporting, call flows, operational procedures, and training material and performance - Direct P&L ownership of $17M budget with over 600 (275 internal) seats in multiple outsourced and internal domestic and offshore locations - Hired, trained, developed and evaluated staff of 2 vendor managers, 4 operations managers, 1 training manager, 1 quality manager and 2 directors - Contract development and negotiations between respective legal teams and outsourced contact center partners - Development of and implementation of new operational, quality, and training policies and procedures to increase efficiencies, and enhance departmental and team performance
