Reviewed, edited and approved all documents involving the assessment/remediation and transfer of hazardous waste-impacted properties classified as “establishments” under the CT Transfer Act program. Developed and implemented enhanced QA/QC protocols. Managed numerous environmental compliance, stormwater management, site assessment (Phase I, II, and III) and remediation projects for energy, manufacturing, banking, insurance and property development clients.
