Internal Consulting: • Helped develop Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consulting competency for the bank’s Internal Consulting Group. • Consulted key decision-makers in the development of an online brokerage initiative in Latin America. • Initiated consulting methodologies and business development practices. • Developed vendor and partner relationships. • Built a relational database management system (RDBMS) to track internal consulting opportunities.
