Daily Duties at Training And Development Systems Inc.:
Sr Consultant responsible to assigned clients to preform trainig and development activities ranging from analysis to delivery and evaluation system for soft skills training. Primary focus was in the areas of management training programs. Also served as training supervisor for small department we were contracted to managing training schedules, procurement and delviery of teaching materials and development of training programs on request.
