Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin Space Systems:

• Responsible for project to develop and implement a customized employee training database which resulted in a learning management system specific to the technical needs of the organization and excellent rating by NASA monitor which impacted monetary award to contract for annual grading period. • Research technical training programs based on interviews with management and subject matter experts to get clearly defined performance requirements and provide management with selection list and recommendations. • Oversight and selection of corporate community support program for the technical development of small businesses. Responsible for matching of small business need with engineer in the appropriate field and tracking hours contributed. One of our engineers was given an award by President Bush for his contribution to a small business in the development and patent of a new material. • Designed, developed and delivered custom classroom training program requested by Contract Director on the psychology of relationship building. All levels of management with a total of approximately 80 managers and supervisors across the contract. This 16 hr. program was targeted to provide an advanced skill set in communications, both verbal and non-verbal behaviors, listening for personal values and establishing rapport immediately with others. This program provided a powerful skill set in continued support of NASA management relations, as well as supervisors in working with their direct reports. • Supervisor of two direct reports including annual performance reviews and recommended performance ratings to Human Resource Director.
