Daily Duties at Landrum And Associates:
• Conducted one on one and small group training of patient management software program for over 160 doctors and staff members across the United States in multiple offices locations. Individual offices were at very different experience levels and previous training so that it required adapting training approach to meet the current level of knowledge from one location or even within an individual practice. • Responsible for the cataloging of additional technical questions and issues, documenting those and providing feedback to parent company for resolution. • Training contributed to 100% of practices meeting government regulatory requirements for electronic patient management records keeping resulting in maximum monetary reimbursement by overseeing government program.
