Approved reconciliation of top-down and bottom-up merchandises plans. Approved weekly merchandise plans. Approved promotional and clearance markdowns with appropriate margin analysis. Approved defensive in-season promotional strategies. Approved open-to-buy management at the divisional level. Provided guidance and direction for assortment plans. Prepared hindsight analysis. Acted as liaison with corporate on all divisional financial matters. Interviewed allocation and planning candidates. Conducted year end personnel reviews.
