reveiwed daily financials distributed to Management, completed weekly trend analysis of deposit accounts noting large varainces and distributed to branches for explanations which are incluede in monthend financial packet presented to Board, maintained database for employee stock options, updating for stock splits and dividends, exercises and award offerings, provided HR with information on exercises to be include in year end W-2's. Reviewed database of CDARS customers notfying branches of accounts muturing so they could follow-up with customers to ensure retention of funds, tested and aided in development of new financial reporting package provided by Business Objectives, uploaded daily file of manual journal entries to mainframe, reconciled upload file general ledger next day to ensure all entries posted accurately, completed account reconcilements on a timely basis, posted accrual entries for outstanding payables, income received on quarterly basis, prepared intercompany entries to ensure all companies financials properly stated, performed detailed anlaysis of income and expense accounts monthly providing explanation of month to month variances to be provided to Senior management, completed monthend closing process in a timely basis to ensure financial package delivered to Executive management on time, prepared monthly financial packet distributed to Executive management, quarterly completed external reporting of deposits, processed investment tranasctions as needed, maintained chart of accounts, was go to person for special projects, completed analysis of sales and use tax to ensure payments and refunds made, converted manual participation loan process to loan system for more accurate reporting of loan yields,review Loan Particpation company entries and reconcilements, responsible for training new staff
