Daily Duties at Frontier Communications:

reviewed daily cash emittance schedules to ensure cash properly recorded, researched variances between subledger reports and general ledger, posted entries for fees received for payphones, reimbursement from state for providing low income services, accrued for installation services completed but not billed, followed up to ensure services properly billed and then reversed accruals, performed variances analysis of revenue accounts, researched and explained large variances noting if one-time or ongoing, completed account reconcilements on a timely basis, noting unreconciled items and followed up to ensure unreconciled items resolved or wrote-off, tested new general ledger system and documented procedures and controls, maintained manual entry files to ensure proper documentation and approval obtained, performed research requested of senior management on a timely basis. Took lead on testing and documenting new Infinium posting process to be used by entire Revenue Analysis team
