OREGON HUB DIVISION MANAGER (2008 to 2011) Delivered all-encompassing leadership to a staff of 1,000 employees, directing packaging and shipping operations for parcels routed throughout the U.S. and into Canada. Hired, trained and evaluated top-flight staff. Planned and administered all schedules, monitored quality and ensure complete policy compliance. Oversaw $55M budget.
