Participated in contract negotiations with Senior Management and Vendor to determine hardware and network requirements to support DR Strategy. Manage project team of business unit representative for the development of IT and business unit recovery procedures. Provide weekly communication to Executive management, Emergency Management and Disaster Recovery Response teams. Developed semi-annual test schedule for contingency plans at remote hot site. Conducted testing and post-test evaluations with vendor rand IT disaster recovery teams. Managed project to build a remote recovery center replicating existing IT network and server environments in support of corporate recovery strategy.
