Server Inventory Management Project: • Manage project plan and financial reconciliation to budget forecast for $7MM project • Manage resource assignments to tasks, created weekly labor tracking reports for Program and Project managers. • Prepare weekly dashboard reports - milestones/deliverables, percent complete and financial metrics reporting for Senior Management. • Prepared / submitted monthly Executive status reports / dashboards • Reconcile aging assets in Asset Manager Database. • Manage creation and distribution of reclamation letters in response to database reports for aging assets. • Attended monthly financial review with senior management for review and analyst of project expenses. • Conducted project meetings, publish minutes, track project issues and escalations. • Attended workshop with senior management to determine business processes and requirements for reallocation of aging assets. • Worked with Project Manager to develop new TO-BE Process for aging asset lifecycle. • Maintained SharePoint repository for project documentation and financial reports • Developed instruction material and templates used for labor reporting to Senior management. • Provided training and mentoring to new project coordinators in project management policies and procedures. Server Ownership Project • Created project charter, developed / maintain project plan. • Attended weekly meeting with Project Manager to review project plan and resource activities. • Manage resource assignments to tasks • Created weekly labor tracking reports for Program and Project managers. • Attended monthly financial review with senior management. • Maintained SharePoint repository for project documentation and financial reports • Prepare / submitted weekly dashboard reports to Senior Management. • Prepare / submitted monthly progress reports to Executive management. Reduction in Asset Management Project (short-term) • Manage resource assignments to tasks, created weekly labor tracking reports for Program and Project managers • Prepared / submitted monthly Executive status reports for project closeout. Hardware Asset Management Project (short-term) • Manage project plan and financial reconciliation to budget forecast • Manage resource assignments to tasks, created weekly labor tracking reports for Program and Project managers. • Prepare weekly dashboard reports - milestones/deliverables, percent complete and financial metrics reporting for Senior Management.
