• Built and managed the first education department for the WWRE • Responsible for adhering to an annual budget of $2 Million for education and member services • Hired and managed 4 internal education professionals who built education and career development resources for 200 internal employees • Hired and managed 6 employees who built and delivered education to our 10,000+ plus retail members • Hired and managed 2 employees who managed the Learning Management System and developed simulations/eLearning • Responsible for the implementation and management of the WWRE corporate Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Content Management System (LCMS) • Responsible for the day-to-day management of logistics, project plans, training team, and vendor consultant teams • Manager for company globalization documentation to eleven languages
