This includes: Learning Content Management Systems, Learning Management Systems, eLearning Development Software, and Simulation Software • Conducted custom learning technology workshops to clients on: methodology, return on investment (ROI), change management, organization design, and rapid education development • Developed education methodologies and business processes for organizations integrating OutStart’s technology solutions • Consulted organizations on communications, marketing, and change management programs to ensure successful technology implementations • Conducted custom instructor led programs to users of OutStart’s technology solutions
