Responsibilities Include: Oversight of all loss control and risk management duties and provision of services for the company. Interacted with State agencies to deliver mandated loss control services and NCCI reporting compliance. Responsible for development of reporting formats for third party vendors to handle of out of state multi-line service requests. Ongoing interaction with underwriting and Senior Management Teams providing oversight and selection criteria for various MGA (Managing General Agents.) Provision of property assessments, structural evaluations and insurance-to-value construction appraisals. Concentrating on improvement of adverse selection process and restrictive underwriting process.
