Daily Duties at Kernan Hospital:
Directed patient care done on severn Medical-Surgical Orthopedic and acute Rehabilitation patients. Monitored patients on Patient Controlled Analgesia and Epidural pumps. Monitored peripheral IV’s and central line sites for infiltration and infection, and change dressing. Prevented complications of bladder and bowel. Promoted ambulation and self-care after discharge.
