Daily Duties at Homecall, Inc.:
Provided in-home patient care to 10 medical and post-surgical patients within Baltimore (daily). Conducted teaching on wound care, health promotion, and healthcare resources to 90 percent of patients. Established small central lines and peripheral intravenous lines in patients’ home. Case management done with Physicians, Physical and Occupational Therapies, and insurance company. Coordinated follow-ups, re-certifications, resumptions of care, and discharges with doctors. Promoted safety and independent self-care, after discharge on 100 percent of patients.
