Daily Duties at Community Partners:
Provided supervision to a team of 12 professionals (plus per diem staff) who provided care for acute and chronic mentally ill clients in community, offering a variety of services to assist clients in maintaining stability and independence. Provided group/individual supervision, and training for all residential staff to promote successful treatment outcomes for clients, effective teamwork and to foster staff growth through education and collaborative discussion, some direct client services provided.
