Provide support and install VPN routers and setup. Area covered: Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Tennessee. Job description: Visit customer sites, backup computers, upgrade necessary hardware & software, collect information of cable/DSL modem & internet service, setup account with dyndns.org to support dynamic service, install Netgear VPN router, set up VPN on both end (Win. Server 2003 by remote log in), create accounts and set user ID & password, join the domain, setup IP print service for Unix to share printers. Solve any existing problems and introduce & train customers of the new system. Successfully completed the projects on time.
