Complete systems Architecture: Designed and developed fully secured network and established the IT department. Analyzed the IT expenses and provide $60k yearly saving by converting to new IT infrastructure; Following projects done successfully - building new server room, installing complete new CAT 6 wires throughout the building; - converting analog phones to PRI, - Introduced full in-house VOIP MITEL phone system, - introduced call center which can be monitored all live calls by the management, - Installed Domain control, central file sharing, - Cisco ASA firewall, domain control, website setup and MS exchange server 2007, - established 24/7 IDS and data leak prevention, - Installed digital security surveillance system, - disaster recovery in place, - prepared complete IT procedure.
