Daily Duties at Hew Federal Credit Union:

Maintain all necessary functions to run the banking system and network. Mange all five branch office computers. Fix and maintain servers – Server 2003, Exchange, Symantec IDS, firewall, backup, ATMs. Run all necessary banking system: which included programming, generating reports, work closely with accounting department to resolve any transaction issues. Make sure banking systems running flawlessly – zero room for mistakes. Every month end stayed overnight to run all month end closing sessions and statements for members. Maintain Avaya VOIP system and introduced new MITEL VOIP phone system, which later purchased by the management and replaced Avaya.
