Daily Duties at Providence Hospital:
I served as the Manager of a promotional store-front facility for promoting health classes relative to community health and positive outcomes. Facilitated classes and offerings in mall setting. Previous position as Patient Satisfaction Coordinator, reporting to President of Providence Hospital. Performance Improvement and complaint management was primary focus of this position. AS MANAGER , MY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED STAFFING, ORGANIZING CLASSES RELATED HEALTH PROMOTION THROUGH HEALTHY COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS WEEKLY. CLASS OFFERINGS ON HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CHANGES THROUGH WEIGHT MANAGEMENT WEIGH-INS, BLOOD PRESSURE SCREENINGS OFFERED DAILY AND PHYSICIAN REFERRAL INFORMATION WHEN INQUIRIES MADE. BEFORE I WAS PROMOTED TO THIS POSITION- MANAGER OF PROVIDENCE HEALTH CONNECTION , I WAS THE PATIENT SATISFACTION COORDINATOR FROM 1990-1997. THIS POSITION REPORTED TO THE PRESIDENT OF PROVIDENCE HOSPITAL. I WAS THE PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT AND COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT “CONTACT” AND COMMUNICATOR TO ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES FOR THEIR FOLLOW-UP AND REVIEW. I COMMUNICATED POTENTIAL RISK AND SAFETY ISSUES FOR PATIENTS AND GUESTS BY REFERRAL AND BEING PRESENT AS SPOKESPERSON FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE HOSPITAL.
