Provided technical services and support for client retail stores: Wal-Mart, A. T. & T, T-Mobile and Payless Shoe stores. System support data communications, system installation, configuration and network maintenance. Conduct employee technical seminars, quality initiative training of routine system installation, system maintenance, data-communications testing and cable management configuration.
