Daily Duties at Hca University Hospital And Medical Center:
Discharge planning, utilization and review, status, observation and emergency room case management. Super user for the computer. Well versed in the Meditech and Midas programs and able to teach others the finer points of the programs, set up Midas for ease of use for new personnel.Flexible in hours and assignments. Able to function effectively in the Emergency Department, observation patients, utilization and review for acute care and observation patients, and floor discharge planning. I currently work all weekends and most holidays. Willing to work extra days when the department is short in personnel.Resource person for Interqual criteria.
