Daily Duties at The Fortune Society:

• Gather requirements and communicated deadlines from business groups so that expectations on global projects could be met on time. • Support the primary data systems and applications by improving or enhancing capabilities to meet current and future requirements. • Work on database structure/analysis, business process interpretation, MS Windows Server Platforms, SQL Server, SQL programming & Visual Basic, read and write SQL queries and create/modify VB screens. • Design, build and manage myriad reports, forms, and data entry screens for the entire agency. • Create stored procedures, functions and views to facilitate development of reports and management of database. • Support in development of usage policies and procedures, and training users on related applications and systems. • Collaborate with programs staff to ensure client data is being entered correctly, that all required data points are captured and that accurate information is returned. • Keep apprised of developments in the field and recommends strategies to enhance effectiveness of Data Systems. • Assist in organizing and maintaining system directories.
