June 2007 to April 2008 INNOVATION BARGAINS, LLC Senior Accountant • Responsible for accounts receivables, payables, and factored and non-factored accounting • Recording of Accounts receivables, cash applications, unapplied cash applications, adjustment of factored and non factored receivables, aged trial balance reconciliation with general ledger. • Recording of accounts payables, payable aged trial balance reconciliation with general ledger accounting. • Prepared financial statements and reports to managements on all aspects of accounting. • Handled dealing with vendors and customers, representing court cases, and processing and reconciling payroll. • Assisted with training staff on new software’s. • Bank reconciliations, Factor reconciliations, Chargeback reconciliations, Intercompany reconciliations. • Prepared and updated employee manuals, and accounting procedures. • Assisted outside auditors with the audit process • Managed the accounting staff of three. (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Inventory.)
