Fully responsible for store management, accountable for opening/closing the store and leading staff. Monitored and maintained corporate annual sales goal of $3M. Completed yearly inventory, identified target areas with inventory shortage for future improvement and maintained open lines of communication with all levels of staff to resolve customer conflicts timely.
