Daily Duties at Hanover Insurance:

• Lead the team of Analysts to analyze function and nonfunctional requirements and deliver Business Requirement document, UI specification, and Screen Mock ups. • Developed detailed Use cases and User Interface specifications for the features implemented, Prepared Activity Diagrams (UMLs) as a part of Use Case Specifications in MS Visio. • Worked as a Product Owner in Scrum Agile methodology, responsible for conduction sprint planning, project backlog, sprint/iterative backlog, user stories/Story Card, review scrum release etc. • As a Quality Analyst (served as lead over team of six analysts located in other countries) responsible to create Test Plan, Test Metrics, Test Estimation, Test Cases, test cases review, Testing status report and Testing Scope from BRD and FSD. • Responsible to prepare User Training Material, User Manuals for the deliverables and facilitated practitioner training sessions for users, marketing team, external agents. • Set up Testing best practice and Process Analysis, set up different environments for Dev, QA, Users and Production and update Rate Sets for Compliance Team for 32 states using Protech. • Facilitate Integrated
