Daily Duties at Greenworks Holdings, Llc:

Responsible for Inside Sales and Customer Service which included 8 staffmembers responsible for cold calling potential wholesale clients (universities, amusement parks, ALFs, restaurants, malls, hospitals, airports) and resigning existing clients, and assisting customers with questions and resolving service problems. Worked with corporate attorneys to create legal agreements with customers so that the company's risks were addressed and mitigated, and clearly outlined the services which we were responsible to provide. Responsible for ensuring customers were paid monies owed to them for Used Cooking Oil collected. Assessed daily pricing of heating oil and propane and adjusted pricing to retail and wholesale clients accordingly to ensure minimum targeted profitability. Reviewed Accounts Receivable report on a daily basis to monitor outstanding balances and risk. Directed AP clerical staff on mechanisms and strategies for collection of monies which resulted in increased collections and therefore profitability of over 25% in a 9 month period. Managed Human Resources Manager. Efficiently structured departments and line positions and implemented changes as deemed necessary. Developed a procedure for vetting personnel files for completeness and accuracy. Guided H.R. Manager regarding employee issues. Documented new and existing corporate policies so that employees were clear what was expected. Ensured our CRM software (salesforce.com) was providing the information necessary to best service our customers. Oversaw the efforts of the Outside Sales team of 18. Developed consistent pricing, and helped them with problems as they arose in their meetings with new and prospective customers. Assessed inventory needs by container size and location and developed an ordering rhythm which best suited the company and its capital constraints. Polled customers on the service we were providing and made changes to ensure we retained a happy customer. Worked with the Loss Prevention Department to limit the company's risk and exposure regarding stolen Used Cooking Oil and stolen or damaged containers. Kept Inside and Outside Sales staff on track versus the established goals I'd set for each month. Mentored and coached the staff. Managed the company's vendor relationships, and software purchases.
