Expression Analysis Work Values

Daily Duties at Expression Analysis:

*Development, optimization and transfer to production of gene expression profiling assays (whole genome to focused set), genotyping assays, sequence enrichment technologies and DNA/RNA isolation methods. *Recommended and carried out testing, verification and/or validation for new technology platforms and test procedures commensurate with Quality requirements. *Projected and summarized capacity, costs, personnel, equipment, reagents and time requirements for test procedures and/or technology platforms being developed. Worked with IT to develop supporting infrastructure. *Identified quality control metrics useful for the ongoing evaluation of new test procedures and technology platforms, and provided a preliminary range of acceptability. *Adhered to CLIA, GCP, GLP and HIPAA regulations. *Authored maintenance SOPs, method SOPs, validation plans and reports and client data reports. *Trained research associates on developed procedures. *Served as a technical resource for clients and for Sales
