Daily Duties at United States Marine Corps:
Presided over 300 trials in the three year period including serious offenses of murder, rape, child abuse, drug distribution, kidnapping, and bank robbery. Was the docketing judge for the Circuit, responsible for docketing the schedules and cases for all six judges in the Circuit and tracking progress and dsipositions of the cases. Was also the training judge for the circuit, responsible for training all the practicing trial and defense counsel on rules of evidence and procedure and trial advocacy skills.
