Daily Duties at Vivotech:
Was recrutied to reorganize and improve the skills sets in the Operations group. Recurutied and mentored several key individuals with core competiecs in New Product Introduction, Supply CHain Management, Purchasing and Inventory Control, revrse logistics, import and export compliance. Vivotech is a 10 year old start up that still operates as such. As a result of this- I was a strong hands on professional who managed a team of 14 people. In addtion to management I was the esponsibility to perform day to day activities of Supply Chain and our contract manufactuer. Operations was invloved in all areas of product lifecyle. OPS was a key contirbutor in the NPI process and sustaining efforts of released products. There was strong emphasis on cost reduction and cost containment. Conducted quarterly business rewvies with our contract manufactuer and key suppliers.
