As a key member of the talent acquisition team in Bangalore, ramped up strategic accounts for horizontals and verticals. Responsible for hiring across a portfolio of technical and domain skills along with senior level hiring for the location . Determine and prioritize recruiting requirements, develop and implement the recruitment strategy for volume and niche skill hiring, provide market intelligence on talent pool availability and compensation. Maintain recruitment dashboard for allocated departments.
