Daily Duties at Be Aerospace:

Control and Organization of Packing Department (Supervision of all staff under direct control 30 people) Organization of Pickers Department (Assign responsibilities ) Prioritize orders from the queue Working with Sales Team and with external customers Help and control of Expedite Team (Hamilton, Sikorsky, Honeywell, Goodrich, Sikorsky Portal and Miscellaneous customers) Manage employee’s time cards, including time off Train the Team Leads Ensure that the team works the orders according to our customer needs and requirements (Creating procedures) Work on the back order report with my Expeditor team (Customer satisfaction/problem resolution) Build a team to provide a peaceful workplace (establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices) Running daily reports for the employees to accurate assess their performance Communicate and implement changes in order to make process improvements Enforce company policies and procedures Continuously monitor the performance and activities of my team on an hourly basis, while processing hot orders first ISO Auditor Assist in the Posting, Receiving and Transfer areas when needed
