• Managed Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions per GMP’s and Regulatory Requirements of US, EU and Canada regions • Documented Quality Systems meeting Regulations and Continuously Monitored Product Performance meeting Customer Requirements • Conducted on-site Audits for National and International locations of Contract Manufacturers, Analytical Laboratory Services, Vendors and Suppliers for Raw Materials, Packaging Components and Labels • On-Site Audits resulted in Quality Supplies of Raw Materials without recurring issues taxing resources of the Company and Vendor • Investigated Vendor/Customer Complaints, Documenting Corrective and Preventative actions (CAPA’s) Providing Written Responses resolving them expeditiously for US, EU and Canada regions • Assist Vendors/Suppliers in their Validation activities meeting better Material Standards, Services and Delivery Schedules • Minimize unknown and unseen errors during Manufacturing, Processing, Packaging and Labeling Operations by Training Personnel drawing their attention to inaccuracies by observation • Review, Prepare and Approve Validation Protocols, SOP’s, Quality Manual, Quality Plan and Operational Instructions including Batch Record Reviews for Pharmaceutical Products and Medical Devices • Document, Monitor Clean Room Operations and Train Personnel on all aspects of Clean Room Operation and Maintenance • Review, Approve Batch Records and Certificates of Analysis (CoA’s) prior to Release and Distribution of finished Products • Prepare Annual Product Reviews (APR’s) for Manufactured and Marketed Products for US, EU and Canada meeting regulatory criteria • Investigate and Resolve Deviations, Non-Conformities, Out Of Specification (OOS) Results and Document CAPA’s • Facilitate Change Control in compliance with SOP’s and Regulations • Moderate Product Stability Programs, Protocols and Reports as per Regulatory Requirements and Climatic Zones • Coordinated and Interacted with regulatory inspections for Quality Systems for US and Canada Locations including Contract Manufacturers without receiving a warning letter from FDA, MHRA (UK) or Health Canada for a period of 5 years resulting in Substantial Savings of Time and Resources for the Company • Maintained and Monitored Quality Systems, Documentation, Training and Records including excellent GMP practices resulting in huge savings of time, money and resources for the Company • Facilitated Management Review Meetings for Appraisal and Progress Of Quality Systems and Issues • Responsible for Documenting Pharmacovigilance and adverse events Per Regulatory Requirements of US, EU and Canada regions
